⚙️ How it works

Players type /play and the bot sends them a private (ephemeral) message, invisible to everyone else. They choose their learning language, pick a difficulty, and start translating. Multiple-choice answers (A / B / C / D) are displayed directly in the embed, with grammatical traps designed to actually teach, not just test.

Wrong answers show exactly which option was chosen and why the correct answer is right with a short grammatical explanation every time.

📜 Commands

Command	Description
/lang	Set your personal display language (FR or EN), required once before playing

/reset	Reset your score for a specific difficulty mode

All responses are ephemeral (private). Only the player who used the command can see the bot's reply. Zero spam, zero channel clutter.

🛡️ For server admins

Adding PickWord requires only 3 permissions:

• ✅ View Channels
• ✅ Send Messages
• ✅ Embed Links

That's it. No message management, no moderation permissions, no admin access. The bot never sends public messages. Everything is ephemeral completely safe to add to any channel.

🏅 Scoring & leaderboard

Players earn 1 point per correct answer. The global leaderboard ranks all players across every server by total points. Ties are broken by who reached the score first. Each player's profile tracks total points, accuracy percentage, answer streak, and number of resets per difficulty mode.
