Staffed

Staffed runs your staff team off the roles you already have

Most staff bots make everyone sign up. One person does it, three forget, and a month later nobody knows who is actually on the team.

Staffed skips that. You map a Discord role to a staff tier once — say @Moderator to "Support" — and everyone holding that role is on the team from then on. Lose the role, come off the team. There is no button for your staff to press and nothing for them to remember.

Tickets

A panel your members click to open a ticket. It routes to the tier you chose for that category, so a billing question does not land in front of a trial mod. Staff can claim, rename, transfer and close. When a ticket closes, the whole conversation is written back into your own archive channel as a .txt and a .json. Your server keeps the record, not us.

Tasks

A board your staff claim work from, per server. /staffed-mytasks shows everything assigned to you across every server you help run.

Applications

Take staff applications with a proper review flow instead of DMs and a spreadsheet. Accepting someone can grant their Discord role automatically.

Leave of absence

Staff mark themselves away for a set number of days, so you can see who is actually around instead of guessing why nobody answered.

Moderation that leaves a trail

Ban, kick and timeout through Staffed and it is recorded against the staff member who did it, with a warning and strike ladder on top. Permissions are per tier: you decide which tiers can remove people and which can only time them out.

There are hard ceilings too. One staffer cannot ban more than ten people an hour, and a whole server cannot exceed twenty-five removals an hour no matter how many staff it has. If someone's account is stolen, the damage is capped.

A dashboard, not a wall of commands

Owners configure everything at staffed.tackyleague.com — tiers, categories, panels, message templates, policies. The dashboard is available in English, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese. The bot's own replies are English.

Staffed does not ask for Administrator. It requests sixteen specific permissions and nothing more, and every one of them maps to something it actually does. Ticket message content is never stored on our servers; transcripts go back into your Discord.
