Independent Police Chief WikiBot for buildings, heroes, items, gear, events, schedules, and community guides.

Police Chief WikiBot

An independent community project for Police Chief players.

Police Chief WikiBot brings structured game information, planning tools, event guidance, and server utilities directly into Discord.

The project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Police Chief, WAL Games, or their respective owners.

Main features

Buildings

Search building upgrades, requirements, construction times, resource costs, power increases, and level information.

Heroes

Explore hero roles, stories, skills, progression, talents, sources, and exclusive equipment through interactive embeds.

Items and currencies

Look up item uses, acquisition methods, chest contents, shop information, prices, related systems, and available source notes.

Hero Equipment

Browse Hero Gear pieces, qualities, troop types, attributes, enhancement levels, requirements, scaling values, and community strategy guides.

Research

Use /research to search a complete structured Research database containing 191 technologies and 720 documented upgrade levels. Available information includes requirements, costs, research times, power, and effects.

Events

Browse event overviews, known tasks, reward information, preparation advice, schedules, mechanics, and source notes.

Some event details remain incomplete when reliable in-game information is not yet available. Confirmed information and unverified observations are identified separately.

Event scheduling

Server managers can create one-time or recurring alliance event schedules using in-game Server Time.

Discord timestamps automatically display each event in every member’s local time. Server settings support time zones, 12-hour and 24-hour clocks, daylight-saving changes, schedule labels, and custom recurrence intervals.

Language support

English is the primary WikiBot language.

The user interface currently supports:

  • English — fully supported
  • German — Beta
  • French — Beta
  • Filipino — Beta

Use /settings language to select your personal WikiBot language.

Server managers can use /settings server-language to configure the default language for everyone on their server.

Language priority works as follows:

  1. A personal language selection takes priority.
  2. Members without a personal selection use the server language.
  3. If no server language is configured, WikiBot uses English.
  4. Missing translations automatically fall back to English.

Some database content, event information, item names, and game terminology may remain in English until the official in-game translations have been verified.

Translation corrections and screenshots showing official German or French terminology are welcome through /feedback.

Getting started

Police Chief WikiBot can be installed on a server or added directly to your Discord account as a User App.

Run /help for the complete command overview or try:

  • /building — building upgrades, costs, power, and requirements
  • /hero — hero information, skills, progression, and equipment
  • /item — items, currencies, acquisition methods, and contents
  • /equipment — Hero Gear stats, enhancement levels, and strategy guides
  • /research — Research technologies, levels, costs, and effects
  • /event — event tasks, rewards, mechanics, and preparation
  • /status — database progress, current work, plans, and known gaps
  • /settings language — select your personal language
  • /privacy — view the complete privacy explanation
  • /credits — view contributors, sources, and attribution
  • /feedback — privately submit corrections, bugs, or suggestions
  • /vote — optionally vote for WikiBot on Top.gg
  • /support — optionally support hosting and development through Ko-fi
  • /data delete — remove your recorded usage history

Search commands provide suggestions while you type. Interactive menus allow you to move between available information without repeatedly entering commands.

With a personal User App installation, regular WikiBot commands can be used in supported Discord conversations without adding the bot to every server.

Regular WikiBot database commands are available through both server installations and personal User App installations. Server-specific configuration requires WikiBot to be installed on the server. This includes server language settings, update channels, event channels, event schedules, and administrative commands.

Server configuration

The bot does not require Administrator permission.

A dedicated WikiBot channel is recommended so searchable game information remains visible and regular conversations are not flooded.

Server managers can optionally configure:

  • /settings server-language — set the server-wide default language
  • /updates channel — choose a channel for service notices and WikiBot updates
  • /updates status — review the configured update-announcement channel
  • /updates disable — disable update announcements
  • /events channel set — choose a channel for event announcements and future reminders
  • /events channel show — review the configured event channel
  • /events settings — configure the server time zone and clock format
  • /events schedule create — create a one-time or recurring event schedule
  • /events schedule list — view configured schedules
  • /events schedule delete — remove a schedule

Update and event announcements may use the same Discord channel. WikiBot never changes a server channel automatically.

Privacy

Police Chief WikiBot does not require access to ordinary message content.

The bot does not store ordinary chat messages, member lists, server invitations, email addresses, or IP addresses.

Identifiers used for aggregate usage statistics are pseudonymized before storage and retained for no more than 90 days.

Users can remove their recorded usage history at any time with /data delete.

Feedback submitted through /feedback is privately forwarded to the project owner. Run /privacy for the complete in-bot explanation of processing, retention, and user choices.

Sources and transparency

The WikiBot database is expanded from verified in-game observations, documented community research, and clearly identified external sources.

Confirmed information is kept separate from estimates, incomplete observations, and unverified data. Source notes are displayed where available.

Use /credits to view contributors, community attribution, and source categories.

Development

Police Chief WikiBot is actively developed.

Current and planned work includes:

  • expanding verified item and acquisition information
  • collecting official German and French in-game terminology
  • translating event interfaces and verified event content
  • improving event reminders and announcement automation
  • expanding planning and comparison tools
  • documenting additional game systems as reliable data becomes available

Use /status to view current database progress, active work, planned features, and known information gaps.

Feedback and corrections

Use /feedback to privately submit:

  • incorrect or outdated data
  • missing information
  • translation corrections
  • official in-game terminology
  • bug reports
  • feature suggestions
  • relevant screenshots or source links

Community feedback is especially welcome for German and French Beta translations.

Voting and optional support

Police Chief WikiBot is approved and publicly listed on Top.gg.

Use /vote to open the official voting page. Voting is completely optional and helps other Police Chief communities discover the project.

Wiki data and core bot features remain free. No WikiBot feature requires a vote or payment.

Users who would like to help with hosting, maintenance, and continued development can optionally use /support to access the project’s Ko-fi page.
