Some of the common and useful commands to begin a karaoke event :

Command	Usage
;start [channel]	Starts a karaoke event in the channe specified (current channel if none specified)
;end [channel]	Ends the ongoing karaoke event in the channel specified (current channel if not specified)
;setvc <voiceChannel>	Assign a voice channel in the current karaoke event to use it for the event.
;adduser <user>	Adds a user to the karaoke event queue forcefully.
;help [command]	Get a list of all the commands of the bot or information about a particula command.
