FOTD will now use webhooks to send facts!
For people already using FOTD, please run fotd!setup to set up the webhook. The channel, count, and everything else will be saved.

Webhook Migration!

FOTD has now fully migrated to using webhooks only!

FOTD had an issue where it didn't work for a while. This was apparently caused by the webhook migration. It'll now use the bot account to send facts again since that fixed the issue.

Webhook Revertion!

Hey! So Fact Of The Day has been down for a while, but it has finally been revived. The bot should now work as intended again with little to no issues. The rewrite of the rest of it's features will continue later, but for now, I have other projects to work on. If there are any more major issues now though, I will fix those as soon as possible.

Sorry about the downtime and enjoy daily facts again.

The database also had to use to the last backup I had available which has been reverted to multiple times, however regular backups will be made again.

FOTD is back!

It has been over half a year since Fact Of The Day returned from 7 months of inactivity. At the time it was at around 3.6k servers, and now we're growing even further! I would like to say thank you for helping us get to this point. I would also like to inform that Fact Of The Day has been recently updated and another new update is supposed to be released within Sunday (23rd January). I appreciate you all, so I want to make this bot the best it can possibly be for y'all by supplying updates the people want. Thank you again for using Fact Of The Day!
