What members see
🎉 Happy Birthday! Everyone wish a very happy birthday to @Scott! 🎂🎈 ...and Scott quietly gets the 🎂 Birthday role for the day.
Make it yours: write the message in your own words, with placeholders for the member's name, age and roles. Premium servers add embed colors, titles, images and GIFs.
Set up in two minutes
- Add Birthday Bot.
- Open the web dashboard, pick a birthday channel, and let Birthday Bot create the birthday role and channel for you with one click.
- Members run /set or set their birthday on the website. Done.
The dashboard shows a live preview of every message and warns you about any Discord permission that would stop a celebration, with the fix.
Built for real servers
- Right day, right hour. Celebrations follow each member's time zone, or your server's if you prefer. Every birthday lands on the actual birthday.
- You decide who gets celebrated. Trusted roles limit birthdays to the members you choose (perfect for large servers), and a blacklist keeps anyone out.
- Privacy first. Ages are hidden unless the member and the server both allow them. Members choose which servers can celebrate them and can remove their data at any time.
- More than birthdays. Celebrate member anniversaries every year they stay, and your server's own anniversary on the day it was created.
- Always know who is next. /next and /list show upcoming birthdays and anniversaries.
Free, with Premium if you want more
Everything above is free, including one custom message per type and one trusted role. Premium ($5.99 a month, per server) unlocks:
- Unlimited custom messages with embed colors, titles, images and footers, plus messages written for a specific member.
- Custom events: any date that matters to your community, yearly or one time, with its own message and ping.
- Zodiac roles and emojis.
- Anniversary milestone roles (Year 1, Year 2, Year 5...).
- Permanent birthday and anniversary lists that keep themselves up to date.
- Pin or thread mode, priority posting so your celebrations post first, and no voting to use co
