Something funny just happened in voice chat? Say "Rewynd, clip that" out loud and the last 30 seconds land in your clips channel as an audio file, with everyone who was talking. No hotkey, no typing, nobody had to hit record first. Then turn it into a captioned video for TikTok or the group chat, or save it to the soundboard.

🎬 Four ways to clip

• Say it. "Rewynd, clip that" in voice. The bot hears it, plays a chime, and posts the clip. Works for anyone in the call. (English phrase; everything else speaks your language.)
• One tap. A pinned panel of ⏪ 10s / 30s / max buttons, or a card for each person in voice with their avatar.
• One reaction. React ⏪ on the recording notice.
• One command. /clip for full control: how far back, which people, mixed or one track per person.

🎥 Share it anywhere

• Anyone can hit Call video or Waveform video on a clip to get a vertical MP4 with speaker avatars that light up as each person talks, an animated waveform, and burned-in captions. Ready for TikTok, Shorts, or Reels.
• Trim editor: snap the edges to speech, jump to any second, see each speaker's lane on the waveform, preview in voice, then save to the soundboard. Or just react 💾 on the clip.
• React ⭐ to nominate a clip for the weekly recap.

🎛️ Soundboard

• One-tap buttons, a random button for chaos, and an effect picker that remixes any sound on the fly.
• Import your server's Discord soundboard in one go and keep the sounds even if boosts lapse.
• /grab saves any Discord soundboard sound you just heard, from any server or Discord's built-ins.
• Effects: nightcore, slowed + reverb, chipmunk, deep, reverse, bass boost, robot, muffled.

Replies follow each person's Discord language: English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, 日本語, 한국어, Tiếng Việt, العربية, Türkçe, Русский. Public posts follow the server's language. Pick one with /language.

🛡️ Built for admins

• Restrict any command to a role with /permissions.
• Set a clip channel, buffer length, and output mode.
• Auto-join is offered at setup and stays off until an admin says yes. When on, Rewynd joins once two or more people are in voice and posts a notice.
• Rewynd leaves on its own after 30 minutes of silence (5 minutes once only one person is left). /join brings it back.
• Report or remove sounds, with upload attribution.

🚀 Getting started

1. An admin runs /setup, picks a clip channel, and accepts the recording terms.
2. /join a voice channel. Rewynd posts a notice and a row of ⏪ buttons so you can try it right away.
3. Say "Rewynd, clip that", tap a button, react ⏪, or run /clip. /soundboard for sounds.

Nothing works until an admin runs /setup, so recording is always opt-in.

🔒 Privacy first

Captured voice lives in a short in-memory buffer only. It is never written to disk, never logged, and is discarded when Rewynd leaves. We never passively save what people say. The only stored audio is what someone deliberately saves to the soundboard, encrypted at rest. Videos are rendered in memory and not kept.
