🚀 Get started in 3 steps

1. Add musika to your server.
2. Join a voice channel.
3. Type /play and then a song name or a link.

You can paste a song, album or playlist link, or just type something like /play never gonna give you up.

✨ Why musika?

• ⚡ Quick and simple. Slash commands only. You don't need a prefix or a config, and it doesn't ask for admin.
• 🔁 Music keeps playing through updates. When musika restarts or updates, your music and queue carry on from where they were.
• 🛟 Built-in backup. If one of our audio servers goes down, your music moves to another one on its own.
• 🎧 Two voice channels at once. Add the musika helper and two channels in the same server can each play their own music.
• 🖼️ Clean messages. Each track shows its artwork and length and says who requested it.

🎶 Music

• /play <song or link>: play a song, album or playlist, or add it to the queue
• /pause and /resume: pause or resume the music
• /skip: skip to the next track
• /previous: go back to the last track (up to 20 tracks back)
• /stop: stop the music and clear the queue
• /seek <time>: jump to a time in the song, like 1:30 or 90
• /loop <track | queue | off>: repeat the current song or the whole queue
• /shuffle <on | off>: play the queue in random order
• /queue: see what's playing and what's next
• /clear: empty the queue
• /nowplaying: show the current song and its progress
• /lyrics: show the lyrics of the current song
• /volume [1-100]: show or change the volume
• /filter <effect>: add an audio effect, or turn it off
• /fix: rejoin voice if the audio sounds robotic or choppy

⚙️ Server settings (Manage Server only)

• /settings: see this server's music settings
• /dj-role [role]: only members with this role (and admins) can control the music. Leave it empty to let everyone control it.
• /announce <on | off>: post a "Now playing" message every time a new song starts
• /24-7 <on | off>: keep musika in voice when the queue ends ⭐
• /autoplay <on | off>: play related songs when the queue runs out ⭐

🔧 Utility

• /ping: check that musika is online
• /stats: see shards, players and memory use

🔒 Permissions

musika only asks for what it needs to play music: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Connect and Speak. It doesn't read your messages and it doesn't need Administrator.

❓ Troubleshooting

• musika won't join my channel. Make sure it has View Channel and Connect in that channel, and that the channel isn't full.
• "I can't send messages in this channel." Give musika Send Messages there, or use /play in another channel.
• The audio sounds robotic or choppy. Use /fix. It rejoins voice and keeps your queue and your place in the song.
• "All music bots are currently in use." musika is already playing in another channel. Add the helper to play in a second channel, or get Premium for more.
• I can't use /skip or /stop. A DJ role is set. Ask someone with that role or a server admin.
