SFU Course Navigator

This project is influenced and inspired by the SFU Surge's project Degree Navigator

Course Navigator is a Discord bot that can help you find information for every SFU course and present them to the user in an interactive way.

To Search a Course

User will have to insert the course ID in the format like this. (Ex. cmpt 300 - Operating System)

.find cmpt 300

The bot will return the course name, description, prerequisite, credits, and link to the actual website.

CMPT 300 - Operating Systems I

This course aims to give the student an understanding of what a modern operating system is, and the services it provides. It also discusses some basic issues in operating systems and provides solutions. Topics include multiprogramming, process management, memory management, and file systems. 

Prerequisite: CMPT 225 and (MACM 101 or (ENSC 251 and ENSC 252)). 
Credits: 3
