It cites your server
A member says the price in your channel is wrong. The bot goes and reads the latest posts in that channel, from that member's own view, and answers with what is actually written there. Never a generic FAQ.

It escalates honestly
The model picks a priority: high for billing, account access, abuse or security, normal for routine, low for FYI. It is forbidden from escalating on first frustration or before it has actually looked. Then it pings the one role you wired.

Your staff teach it
Run /ai train to teach a fact ("our refund window is 14 days"). The next ticket, the AI uses it. Each server keeps its own brain, so no flat shared answer list bleeds between communities.
