🎫 One-Click Ticket Creation Members open tickets through a customizable panel embed. Each ticket spawns a private channel with permissions auto-configured for the creator and your support staff.

📝 Custom Modal Fields (up to 5) Ask exactly what you need to know before a ticket opens — subject, urgency, order ID, anything. Fully editable from the web panel: labels, placeholders, required/optional, short/long input.

🛠️ Web Admin Panel (Discord OAuth login) Sign in with Discord and every server you administrate appears automatically — no codes, no setup. Edit panel embeds, button labels, modal titles, ticket channel naming format, welcome and close messages, and every error/status message. Live preview as you type, changes go live within ~10 seconds.

🙋 Claim, Close, Reopen Staff can claim tickets to take ownership. Closed tickets can be reopened with /reopen <number> — the bot recreates the channel with original permissions and DMs the creator.

⭐ Post-Close Ratings After a ticket closes, the creator can rate the support 1–5 stars with /rate-ticket — measure quality per staff member and surface trends in analytics.

🔔 DM Notifications (opt-out per user) The ticket creator is automatically DM'd when their ticket is claimed, closed, or reopened. Users can opt out with /prefs.

👥 Flexible Staff Access Grant support access by role IDs, specific user IDs, or both. No staff configured? The bot falls back to anyone with Manage Channels.

🔐 Discord-Native Permissions Anyone with Manage Server or Administrator on the Discord side can configure the bot on the web. No separate password, no claim codes — Discord is the source of truth.

📊 Analytics & Audit Log Built-in analytics: total tickets, open/closed split, average resolution time, top claimers, daily volume per server. Audit log tracks every config change with per-user visibility scoping.

🗂️ Persistent Transcripts Every message in every ticket is stored in the database — searchable, exportable, never lost when the channel deletes.

🎵 Built-in Music Player Drop a YouTube URL with /music <link> and the bot joins your voice channel, queues the track, and starts streaming. Designed to scale across many servers playing at once:

• Per-guild queue with /queue, /skip, /stop
• Auto-leave after 3 minutes idle, or instantly when alone in voice
• Tracks how long each song played + who requested it (full history in DB)

🚀 Getting Started

1. Sign in to the web panel with Discord OAuth.
2. Invite the bot to your Discord server (you need Manage Server or Administrator).
3. After ~1 minute the server appears under My Servers — click to configure.
4. Run /setup_panel <slug> in the channel where you want the ticket panel.
5. Customize messages, fields, and staff roles from the web panel — changes go live within ~10 seconds.
