Tickit brings real structure to Discord support by letting you build up to five custom ticket categories, each with its own emoji, staff role, and dedicated category. Every ticket opens in a private channel, gets logged live in a color-coded channel, and can be claimed by staff so no two people answer the same request, with transcripts saved and sent automatically to staff and users when it closes.
