Tripwire is a focused moderation tool built around two jobs: locking down specific channels for staff-only posts, and catching scam images before they spread much like the Mr.Beast Scam. It doesn’t try to replace every other bot in your server it just handles these tasks reliably and gives your mod team clear visibility into what’s happening.

Channel Traps & Auto Enforcement Pick which channels should only allow staff posts. Choose timeout or ban as the punishment, and decide whether to delete the message when it fires. Regular users or raiders who post there get stopped automatically. Protected staff accounts are never affected.

Scam Image Watchlist Add known scam images once using exact hash + visual fingerprint matching. Tripwire scans your chosen channels (or entire server) for those images and drops a mod-log embed when it catches one. You control exactly which servers, channels, and roles can manage the watchlist. If it catches a false positive, you can upload it to the dashboard to help train the bot!

Dashboard & Logs Everything sits in one place: armed channels, pending unbans, punishment history, and setup status. No digging through DMs or scattered logs. The dashboard only shows servers you share with Tripwire and have permission to moderate. If someone isn’t an owner, admin, or mod on that server, they can’t access it.

Slash Commands & Setup Manage everything from Discord using slash commands. Add/remove trap channels, switch punishment modes, set durations and reasons, add scam images, change logging settings, and check status—all without editing config files or restarting the bot.

Built-In Safeguards Temporary bans auto-expire correctly, timeouts never exceed Discord’s limits, and staff accounts are excluded from punishment rules. Tripwire also doesn’t use AI guesswork—it only acts on rules you set and images you approve.
