Support Answers for Your Discord, Grounded in Your Own Docs. It answers member questions in a thread with links to the exact source. When it

Thea — grounded support answers for your community Thea answers your members' questions from your documentation and links the exact source behind every claim. When your sources don't cover the question, it says so and hands the thread to your team instead of inventing an answer.

A general-purpose AI bot will answer anything, confidently, whether or not it actually knows — and in a support channel a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer at all. Thea only answers from the knowledge you connect, and every server's knowledge is isolated from every other's.

Setup takes about five minutes /setup channel:#support support_role:@Support — where it answers, who it escalates to /source add url:https://docs.yourproject.com — your docs, FAQ or changelog Ask a question in that channel Support answers Answers in a thread, so channels stay clean and past answers stay findable Inline citations on every answer, so members can verify instead of trusting Honest refusals — no grounding, no answer, plus a "get a human" button Helpful / not helpful votes and a correction flow that feeds fixes back into your knowledge base /ask for a private answer that doesn't clutter the channel Tunable confidence threshold and a custom persona for tone Knowledge sources Single pages, whole documentation sites via sitemap crawl, uploaded files, public status pages so it can answer "is it down?", your own help-center articles, and connected platforms — Notion and Zendesk. Paid plans re-sync on a schedule, push external pages through the Content API, and cluster the questions your docs don't answer so you can see the gaps.

Hosted help center Publish what your team writes as a searchable public help center with categories and article search, on your own domain if you want. The same articles are what the bot answers from in Discord, so the two never drift apart.

Private tickets /ticket setup posts an "Open a ticket" panel. Each ticket gets its own private channel, the bot answers first, and a human takes over on a button press or a staff reply. Full ticket history in the dashboard.

AI AutoMod Four tiers, most certain and cheapest first, so the mechanical abuse is caught before anything costs money:

Discord-native rules Thea manages for you — a maintained scam-link filter and a mention-spam rule written into Discord's own AutoMod, so they stop the message before it is ever delivered Heuristics — scam domains including subdomain mutations, mass mentions and @everyone abuse, unsolicited invite links, brand-new accounts posting links, and duplicate floods across channels A moderation screen on everything else, with thresholds you control An AI judge (Pro) for borderline cases, weighed against your server rules written in plain language — no keyword lists to maintain Then you decide the response. Per severity: log, warn, quarantine, delete, or time the member out.

Quarantine queue — the message is removed and reposted to your staff channel with an Approve — restore message button, so a false positive costs one click and never counts against the member Repeat-offender escalation — "after 3 findings in 30 days, time them out" Auto-slowmode — a velocity spike gets a short slowmode that lifts itself, and never overrides one a moderator already set Channel topics (Pro) — declare what a channel is for and off-topic messages get a gentle warning Exemptions for roles and channels; staff are never scanned /standing lets members check their own record, so moderation isn't a black box Dashboard Resolution rate, top questions, escalations, spend, conversation review with corrections, a playground for testing answers before members see them, and an audit log of every configuration change.

Also /announce schedules a message for the bot to post later. Right-click any bot message → Apps → Report reaches our trust-and-safety queue directly.

Free plan: 100 answers a month, 3 knowledge sources, and AutoMod's first three tiers. Never asks for Administrator.
