Persona - Typology, measured properly.
Most personality tests quietly cheat.
They count your T answers, count your F answers, take the bigger pile, and hand you four letters with the confidence of a diagnosis. One point flips your type. Agree with things generally? You score high on everything. And when two types finish neck and neck, you get handed a coin flip and never told it was close.
Persona fixes all three, and the fixes are the entire product.
→ All eight cognitive functions, measured directly. Ni is measured by Ni items, not inferred from I + N. Your profile is fitted against all sixteen stacks by shape.
→ A confidence score, stated out loud. "INTJ — 84% confident, next closest INFJ." Every result carries a real number and its runner-up.
→ Ipsatized scoring. We subtract your own average across all eight functions before comparing anything, so agreeableness cancels out and what remains is the shape of your profile — which is what type actually is.
→ Adaptive tie-breakers. If two types finish close, the test quietly slips in extra forced-choice questions aimed at exactly the functions that separate them.
FIVE FRAMEWORKS, ONE PROFILE
🧠 16 Types — eight functions, sixteen stacks, confidence score, adaptive tie-breakers 🔺 Enneagram — type, wing, instinctual stacking, tritype. Instincts on a separate axis 📊 Big Five (SLOAN) — the five-factor model, plus your classical temperament 💠 HEXACO — the six-factor model that succeeded it, including Honesty-Humility 🩸 Dark Triad — banded, not diagnostic. Most people come out unremarkable, and it says so
Results stack into one profile that follows you into every server Persona is in.
And they check each other. HEXACO's Honesty-Humility and the Dark Triad are strongly related in the published literature. Persona measures both, then tells you whether two independently administered instruments actually agree about you. Nothing else does this.
OR SKIP THE QUESTIONNAIRE ENTIRELY
/therapy sits you down with one of thirteen practitioners for a real conversation — Jung, Freud, Adler, Rogers, Frankl, Perls, Ellis, Beck, Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, Myers, Augustinavičiūtė, and a trait psychologist who only believes numbers.
Each one works differently. Rogers barely asks questions. Perls won't let you talk about last year. Pick five minutes or forty. They read your test results before you start, they remember your last session, and some end by naming a type while others refuse to on principle.
AI portrayals of historical figures — not real people, and not therapy.
FOR SERVER ADMINS
/settings autorole hands out type roles automatically the moment someone finishes a test. If your server has been assigning @INTJ and @5w4 by hand, that is the whole job gone. Map results onto roles you already have, or let it create them.
NINE COMMANDS
/tests Browse and take a test. Buttons, 3–5 minutes, only you can see it /therapy A conversation instead of a questionnaire. FREE, AND HONEST ABOUT ITSELF
No paywall, no ads, no credits to buy. The AI runs on frontier models paid for out of pocket.
Of the models here, HEXACO and the Big Five have mainstream psychometric validity; the Enneagram and Socionics are interpretive traditions people find useful for self-reflection. And a distinction that matters: a validated model is not the same as a validated questionnaire. Persona's questions are our own, written to measure those published constructs — they carry no reliability data, no norms and no peer review, and they are not the official instrument for any model. Read every score as indicative, never as a measurement.
