it is a bot that is a friendly russian blue cat named taco and the picture is my cat named taco commands are:
:meow : chooses a random meow from 5 meows
:personalmeow @username : meows 5 times at the person you chose
:meow1-5 : you can choose a specific meow from 5 meows
:eatup amount-of-messages : gets rid of the amount of messages you chose above it
:fosq : it makes taco chase a squirell then eat food
