Audix

Audix is a free, high-quality music bot for Discord. Songs blend into each other with crossfade, filters switch without a pause, and a single player channel lets your members request music just by typing. Everything works out of the box: no premium tier, no vote-locked commands.

Highlights

• Player channel: /setup creates a channel with one permanent player. Type a song name or link, Audix plays it and your message disappears. With nothing playing, the player turns into a menu with your favorites, recently played songs and live radio.
• Crossfade and gapless playback: the next song is loaded before the current one ends, so there is no silence between tracks. Crossfade can be set to off, 3, 5 or 8 seconds per server.
• Instant filters: Bassboost, Nightcore, Vaporwave, 8D and more switch live while the song keeps playing.
• Spotify listen-along: /follow plays in voice what someone is listening to on Spotify, at the same position, and follows their skips and pauses.
• Find a song by its lyrics: /find takes a line of text and checks the results against the real lyrics.
• Votes and charts: rate the current song with thumbs up or down right in the player. If most listeners vote it down, it gets skipped. /charts shows your server's favorites, and autoplay learns from the votes.
• Waiting room for support servers: /waitroom works like a hotline. When someone joins the waiting room, Audix plays calm hold music with spoken announcements, posts a live waiting list for your team and moves the person to a team member with one click.
• Never loses your queue: queues are saved every 30 seconds and continue at the same position after a restart.

Playback

• Play from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Vimeo and live radio (admins can add their own stations)
• Smart search: Audix ranks the top results and picks the official version instead of blindly taking the first hit
• Spotify and Apple Music links are matched to the right YouTube upload by title, artist and length
• Fast seeking: jumping inside a song takes a fraction of a second
• Smart autoplay based on what your server likes, without repeats, reaction videos or surprise remixes
• Loop off, track, queue or autoplay
• Sleep timer with /sleep (after X minutes or at the end of the song)
• Volume 0 to 150 %, normalizer, 24/7 mode
• The voice channel status shows the song that is playing

Library and stats

• Playlists: create, share, save and import from YouTube or Spotify
• Favorites with /fav, listening history with /history
• Synced lyrics with /lyrics
• /profile: songs, listening time, top artists and your "music twin" on the server
• /mix builds a mix from your history

Bassboost, Bassboost High, Treble Boost, Nightcore, Vaporwave, 8D Audio, Tremolo, Vibrato, Normalizer, Phaser, Karaoke, Earwax and Reverse.

For server admins

• Interactive /settings menu: default volume, DJ role, vote-skip, announcements, 24/7, crossfade, voice status and language
• English or German per server
• DJ role and vote-skip so nobody hijacks the queue
• Privacy built in: every member can export or delete their own data with /data

Get started

1. Click Invite and add Audix to your server.
2. Join a voice channel and run /play with a song name or link.
3. Optional: run /setup to create the player channel.
4. /help shows every command.
