Zap has a number of incentives that will keep users coming back without flooding the server with automated messages. Players can use a virtual economy where they will complete quests, earn achievements, collect useful items, level up, prestige and play different games such as casino and card games. Additionally, Zap also comes with a complete Pokémon card system. The cards drop in the channels that the server managers choose and with activity-aware timing for when people claim them. The rarer the cards, the more difficult they will be to find and collect.

There are features such as creating visual binders, tracking set completion, viewing individual IDs for cards, trading using the escrow service and buying or selling cards from the global marketplace. For server administrators there are tutorials on setting up the bot, a web dashboard, welcome messages, autoroles, moderation logging, AutoMod, verification, raid protection, tickets and appeals, and command modules configuration. By voting for DiscordBotList, the player receives ZapCoins, Vote Crate, Streak rewards, and milestone rewards. It is free to use and it is designed to ensure that the economy, collectibles, games and server tools complement each other.
