Lasagne bot

This bot can be used to post garfield comics, the main commands are =today =random and =date yyyy-mm-dd which all does what they say and either posts the comic of today, a random comic or a comic from a specefic date. It does not do many other things, because it has the motto do one thing, and do that thing well. it is written in rust so it is fast as well. Subscribtion to comics may come at some point so it can auto post the daily comic.
