Cobra Bot

A basic moderation bot that includes kick, ban, clear, and logging. It also includes meme commands and games. Kick command requires the kick_members permission in the role of thr user. The ban command requires the ban_members permission. The tricky part is the mute command, ! mute. It is not the same as the other modules.
