Phonebook

Phonebook lets you send an image to another discord server at random using the command /send
If you receive an image, you can reply to it with an attachment with the command /reply
If an image or attachment violates Discord's Terms of Service or is malicious in any way, it can be reported with /report

This bot requires a little setup! In an age-restricted channel, you must type /setchannel
The channel must be age-restricted as I cannot guarantee the decency of any image randomly sent.
If this is not done, you cannot receive attachments!
