A-Faction — CRM for roleplay servers
A-Faction replaces spreadsheets, notepads and "just DM me" with a single system for running factions: a Discord bot and a web panel working as one.
Factions and structure. Full role hierarchy, member lists, appointments and dismissals. Changes made in the panel appear in Discord immediately.
Reprimands and warnings. Issue them with full history, expiry dates and notifications. Removal requests are created on the website and open as a forum post in Discord — the decision syncs both ways.
Member profiles. The /user command pulls up a member card right inside Discord: faction, rank, active reprimands, awards and badges.
Registration. Links a Discord account to a profile, with lookup by tag or username and role verification.
Economy. A built-in game module for keeping the community active.
Support. A ticket chat inside the panel, so player requests stop getting lost in direct messages.
