Setup

Three steps. You don't need to know anything.

Add the bot

Press the button above. No account to make, no card, nothing to install.

Type /setup

It asks you two things: who your staff are, and which channel the buttons should go in. Tap the answers, there's nothing to type out.

You're done

Your members can open tickets straight away. Change anything later from the website, or just run /setup again.
