What is Relay?

Relay is a Discord support bot for private, organized ticket workflows. Users open tickets from your server, while staff manage conversations through ticket channels, DM relay, notes, reminders, transcripts, and status tracking.

/announce - Post the ticket panel

/category add - Create a ticket category

/category remove - Remove a ticket category

/linksupport - Link a community server to a support server

Ticket Management

/claim - Claim a ticket

/transfer - Transfer ticket ownership

/reply - Reply to the user

/anreply - Reply anonymously

/close - Close the ticket and generate a transcript

/move - Move the ticket to another category

/status - Update ticket status

/priority - Set ticket priority

/remind - Set a response reminder

Staff Tools

/context - View or update ticket context

/history - View previous ticket history

/info - View user ticket details

/note add - Add a staff note

/note remove - Remove staff notes

/emoji - Set your ticket emoji

/emojilist - View available emojis

User Tools

/leave - Disconnect from your Relay DM session

Setup Process

1. Invite Relay with the required permissions

2. Add support roles using /staffroles

3. Create ticket categories using /category add

4. Post the ticket panel using /announce

5. Users can now open private support tickets

Optional: use /linksupport if you want tickets from one server to be handled in a separate support server.
