Most ticket bots make you set everything up with slash commands, one option at a time. EasyTickets is built the other way around. You log in with Discord on the website, build your panel in a real editor with a live preview, hit Publish, and it's in your channel. Members click a button, answer a couple of questions if you want them to, and a private ticket opens. Staff claim it, sort it out and close it. A transcript is saved automatically.

Build panels, browse tickets, check analytics and tweak settings from your browser. There's a guided tutorial the first time you open it, so nobody has to read a wiki to get going.

📝 Custom Forms

Ask your members a few questions before their ticket opens. The answers show up in the first message. Short text, paragraphs, dropdowns, checkboxes, user and channel pickers, even file uploads.

📄 Saved Transcripts

Every closed ticket keeps its full conversation in your dashboard, embeds and images included. Reread it anytime or share a link. The member gets a View Transcript button in their DM too, and a My Transcripts page where they can find every ticket they ever opened, on any server.

🧵 Private Threads, Not Channels

Each ticket is its own thread inside one channel. Only the opener and staff can see it, and your channel list stays four items long. Prefer real channels? Switch it per button.

🙋 Claiming

A staffer claims a ticket so two people never reply at once. Every rule is per button: who can close, whether claiming removes other staff, whether the member gets a DM when it closes.

🕒 Support Hours

Set when your team is around and the panel shows Open or Closed on its own. Tickets outside those hours can be blocked or just get a heads up. Free on every panel.

🔐 Access Control

Let a moderator role use the dashboard without handing out Manage Server on Discord. Pick which areas each role gets.

🔢 Naming and Numbering

Choose how tickets are named, like ticket-42 or support-username. Every panel keeps its own counter.
