Every protection ships switched off.
AutoMod, raid protection and anti-nuke are all off or inert out of the box. You turn each one on, pick its response, and test it before you trust it.
A testing tool in the panel. Run a sample message through the filters and see what would have happened, before anyone is punished for real.
Build your own ladder. One to four escalation levels, each doing delete, warn, timeout, kick or ban. A one-level ladder can kick on first offence; a four-level one walks the full path.
Alert-only modes. Raid protection and anti-nuke both have a setting that reports and punishes nobody. The right first choice for any server.
Whitelists skip everything. Named roles bypass the filters entirely, so staff never trip their own automation.
