Good questions.
Is Timesheets free?
Yes, it's free to start, with core time tracking included. Premium unlocks more; the Premium tab on your dashboard shows exactly what's included.
How are earnings worked out?
Time signed in × the highest hourly rate among the member's roles, using the rates set on that board. It's a handy calculation, not a payslip.
Someone forgot to sign out. Now what?
Sign them out with /remove, where keep_time decides whether the time counts, or fix their hours with /modify. Voice-channel boards sign people out automatically when they leave.
Who can see members' hours?
You decide. Limit who can use any command under Server Settings → Integrations, and make a board private to hide who's signed in.
What data do you store?
Mostly numeric Discord IDs, time totals and your settings. No usernames, avatars or message content, and our database is encrypted at rest. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
