This discord bot has features such as Tiered Escalation, for when a lower rank staff can’t answer a question, a auto closing system, where if the person doesn’t answer for 48 hours, it will automatically close the ticket. It also has claimability, so multiple staff won’t talk over people, and a staff leaderboard! Setting up the bot is incredibly easy, as you can provide custom priority keys, where one can be for server reports, and the highest priority can be for hackers or other things! It also comes with a onboarding embed, so you can learn how to use it there!
