Crimstone

Invite it, start typing. That's the setup.

Crimstone handles moderation, leveling, live data lookups, and a fair amount of nonsense — all from one bot that never asks you to go log into a dashboard first. I built it because I got tired of adding bots to my server and then spending twenty minutes configuring them before they'd do anything useful.

The short version:

• ⚡ Works immediately. No wizard, no web panel, no "finish setup to continue."
• 🆓 Everything is free. There's no premium tier, so there's nothing to unlock.
• 💬 Real slash commands with autocomplete and proper permission checks.
• 🔓 Open source under GPL-3.0 — read it, fork it, run your own copy.
• 🪶 Light enough that you'll forget it's running.

🛡️ Moderation

The usual toolkit, minus the setup tax.

Command	What it does
/ban	Gone, permanently
/kick	Out, but they can come back if they behave
/mute	Silence someone until you say otherwise
/timeout	Discord-native timeout, for when a full mute is overkill
/warn	Warnings that stick around, so the third one isn't a surprise
/purge	Bulk-delete messages before anyone screenshots them
/slowmode	Cool a channel down mid-argument
/role-give	Hand out a role
/role-remove	Take one back
/role-search	Find that one role in a server that has sixty of them

Warning history is persistent, so you're not relying on memory or scrollback to spot a repeat offender.

📈 Leveling & XP

Members earn XP by chatting. Nothing to configure, nothing to buy.

/rank	Your level, XP, and how far the next one is
/leaderboard	Who's actually been talking
/xp	Admin override — give, take, or set someone's XP

The leaderboard isn't paywalled, which shouldn't be a selling point, and yet.

Crimstone is GPL-3.0. If you don't want to trust someone else's bot with your server, don't — clone it and run your own. Issues and PRs are welcome either way.
