RolePlay Manager was made for GTA5 roleplay servers on console. It handles all the boring behind the scenes stuff so your staff can focus on running the community.

EMERGENCY & ROLEPLAY MANAGEMENT Members can call 911 and the bot logs it, gives it an ID and sends it to the right people. Theres a full dispatch system where you can store character info, vehicles and BOLOs. You can also build cop, fire and civilian databases for your members to use during roleplay. Everything has its own menu so its easy to find.

AI DISPATCH The bot joins your voice channels and listens to your officers talk. It knows 10-codes and normal speech so officers dont have to do anything different. It talks back like a real dispatcher and posts updates to your dispatch channel.

Officers can just say "run a plate" or "run a name" and it looks it up and reads the results out loud. It tracks whos available, whos busy and whos on a stop all by itself. When someone calls a 10-11 it moves them to a traffic stop channel and times the stop automatically. If someone calls a 10-80 it knows theres a pursuit and keeps everyone updated. If a 911 call gets ignored for 2 minutes it sends a reminder. Its like having a dispatcher online 24/7.

COMMUNITY STRUCTURE & CONTROL Admins can manage staff easily. Theres a strike system with 4 levels, you choose what happens at each one like timeouts, kicks or bans. You can also track big server events and stop people from spamming them.

SECURITY & MODERATION The bot auto deletes Discord invite links from regular members but lets staff post them fine. New members can go through a verification process with questions and get a role when they pass. Sticky messages stay at the bottom of a channel no matter how many messages get sent. Reaction roles work on any message, not just ones the bot posted.

ORGANIZATION & AUTOMATION Everything can be set up differently for each server. Set a log channel and the bot tracks everything for you automatically.
