3:47 AM. A member posts an account-selling scam while your staff sleep. Staffd flags it to your staff channel with the rule it breaks and the member's record. When a mod wakes up, it's one click.

It reads your rules. All of them.

On day one it reads your #rules, your pins and your recent chat. If your rulebook lives in a Google Doc or GitBook, it reads that too, and keeps your own rule numbers. Then it shows you what it learned and waits for your approval.

It flags what matters. You make the call.

It reads every message in context, images and stickers included. When something crosses a line, your staff get a card: what happened, which rule, how serious, and the member's history. Warn, Delete, Timeout or Dismiss. It never acts on its own.

It knows your people.

Every flag and every decision goes on the record. Repeat offenders get treated like repeat offenders, and /history pulls up anyone's record in a second. The longer it works for you, the more it knows.

Members can @ it.

"Is this allowed?" "What's the rule on that?" It answers right in the channel, with your server's own rules instead of generic advice.

Owners get a private channel. Ask what happened overnight, change a rule, or tell it it's being too strict. It adjusts, and nothing changes until you confirm.

For 14 days it works as an intern: watching, flagging, learning your server. On day 14 it hands you a performance review with real numbers. Keep it and it's promoted to full-time, badge and all. Don't, and it clocks out politely, with everything it learned kept safe in case you want it back.
