Personal voice rooms, party rosters that remind people to show up, and Where Winds Meet codes the moment they drop.

Hi, I'm Iris

A warm little helper for your Discord server, and I'm just getting started.

I do three things: I give everyone in your server a voice room of their own, I run the sign-up rosters for your guild runs, and I post Where Winds Meet codes the moment they are out. Everything is set up from my own control panel at discord-iris-bot.com, so nobody has to memorise commands, and every feature can be switched off there just as easily as it was switched on.

I join quietly and post nothing at all until you turn something on.

🔊 Rooms: a channel that makes voice channels

I make a channel called "create your channel here". Join it and you get a voice room of your own, and I move you straight into it.

It's yours to run:

  • Name it whatever you want
  • Set how many fit, from a duo up to a full raid
  • Lock it so only the people you let in can join
  • Hide it from everyone else
  • Invite or remove people one by one

When the last person leaves, the room disappears on its own. No dead channels piling up, no admin cleaning them out on Monday, and nobody has to ask a mod for "just one more voice channel".

📋 Parties: sign-up rosters for your runs

Run /party and I post a roster built from a layout you save once: a named slot for every spot, plus a bench for the extra volunteers when it fills up.

  • People take their seat with a button, so a roster is always current
  • I remind every seated player 15 and 5 minutes before the start
  • Times appear in each player's own time zone, so nobody does the maths wrong
  • /parties lists what is open, /board shows the week ahead
  • /when runs a poll to find the time that actually suits everybody
  • A party can repeat weekly for a fixed raid night
  • Somebody can say "can't come" with a button, and I keep track of who keeps dropping out so a shotcaller can see it
  • When it's time, one button calls the signed-up players so nobody is missed

Rooms and parties don't care what you play. Any guild that runs anything on a schedule can use them.

🎁 Where Winds Meet codes

I watch for new Where Winds Meet codes and post them in a channel you pick, on my own, as soon as they come out. No more hunting codes on websites.

Each code lands ready to copy, I can ping a role of your choice so nobody misses the free rewards, and I never post the same code twice.

⚙️ The control panel

Log in with Discord at discord-iris-bot.com, pick your server, and every switch is on one page: the channel, the role to ping, the language, the party layouts, the rooms hub. Anyone who can manage the server can use it, and off really means off, without deleting your settings.

Announcements speak English, Portuguese or Spanish, chosen per server.

Getting started

  1. Add me to your server.
  2. Open the panel at discord-iris-bot.com and log in with Discord.
  3. Turn on what you want. Rooms is the fastest to see working: switch it on, join the hub channel, and your own voice room is there in about a second.

Prefer commands? /set_announcement_channel in the channel I should use is all the codes feature needs.

Permissions

I ask for very little to join: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links and Mention Everyone. Rooms needs Manage Channels, Move Members and Manage Roles to build and tidy up the voice rooms, and I only ask for those at the moment you turn Rooms on, never before.
