What does this do?
Have you ever wanted a bot that parses out emojis--both unicode and custom--from messages, and then reacts to the message with those emojis? Well, that's what this does. Now, you may be asking, "How does it do such revolutionary things?" The answer: RegEx--just RegEx.
Does it have any commands?
Nope. It just does as mentioned above.
