Allows users to translate and or get text from an image in chat.

A simple bot to allow users to retrieve text from provided images and if it's a foreign language allow them to translate it to English.

Command	Usage	Summary
help	help \| help [ocr]	Display the help menu or information about a specific command
ocr	ocr [link] \| ocr [link] [lang]	Scan the image provided and output the text found
translate	translate [from] [to] [text]	Translate using googles API
info	info	Display information regarding the bot
invite	invite	Show the invite link for the bot
prefix	prefix [prefix]	Change the prefix for the bot
