CyberSecurity Bot

Great bot! lots of features. I have a discord for my Cyber Security course and use it to post current event articles. 

Expect possible bugs. Then please report them with /report.

If you have any suggestions for new integrations or would like a specific feed page, feel free to /report it to me as well.

Implemented a new news feature (https://www.darkreading.com).
Also implemented commands to retrieve last entries (up to 5)

Good news!

Since the bot has now been invited to over 650 servers after one year,
We're rewriting the entire cybersecurity bot from scratch to improve and develop it further.


Here's a sneak peek of what's in store:

Completion of remaining commands: All pending commands will now also be implemented.
Feed Updates: We're introducing new feeds (Especially in English)
Web Dashboard: In the future there will be a dedicated dashboard on which the bot can be configured. 
This dashboard should also offer additional cybersecurity-related features, independent of the Discord bot.


We expect new features to be available by mid-November. The dashboard is also scheduled to be released this year.  

For now we migrated and improved all existing features. The data migration is planned for tommorow. 
You won't notice anything except that some descriptions will change.  

From a technical standpoint, we've condensed 3,368 lines of JavaScript code into a
more efficient 2,911 lines of TypeScript. Not only is our codebase leaner, but
it also improves logging and error handling.


Our future vision includes:

Educational Expansions: Dive into small Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges and labs within a
Docker environment. Plus, an educational platform right inside the dashboard.
Multi-language Feed Translation: Get cybersecurity updates in your preferred language, as
we're working on automatic feed translations.
