One bot for your whole server — and a web dashboard to run it from.

Most servers end up with five bots: one for tickets, one for moderation, one for levels, one for welcome images, one for giveaways. Lona is all of them, configured by clicking, not by memorising commands.

Almost everything here is free — tickets, moderation, levels, games, economy, logging, welcome, giveaways, and all 83 themes. PRO adds four extras, listed at the bottom.

Lona speaks English and Arabic. Type /language and the whole bot switches — commands, buttons, embeds, and the dashboard with it.

🎨 83 themes — your server gets its own Lona

Pick a theme on the dashboard and Lona's avatar and banner change inside your server. Her name stays; her look becomes yours. Every theme comes in a light and a dark variant.

All 83 are free for every server. No subscription, no unlock, no launch window. Some are limited editions tied to an occasion — claim one while its window is open and it's yours forever; after it closes, only the servers that took it keep it.

🎫 Tickets — a real support desk

• Unlimited panels — one per department: support, sales, suggestions
• Ticket types per panel — buttons or dropdown, each with its own settings
• Priorities — 🔴 urgent, 🟠 high, 🔵 normal, 🟢 low, shown in the channel name
• Claiming — staff claim under their own name, counted in their stats
• Transfer — hand a ticket to another staff member in one click
• Auto-close — idle tickets close on your schedule, log kept
• HTML transcripts — to your log channel, and to the member in DM
• Staff ratings ⭐ — the member rates the staff member after closing

Buttons in custom colours, a clean dropdown, or classic reactions — in normal, exclusive (one role at a time) or toggle mode.

• Conditional roles — the member needs another role first
• Temporary roles — removed automatically after a set time
• Member caps — VIP for the first 50 people only
• Random role — picked from a list you define
• Panel scheduling — opens and closes on a timer
• Custom DM per role — with live pick counts and a full change log
