Discord ticket support done properly: panels, flows, transcripts, analytics, and a full web dashboard. Free forever.
A complete support system for Discord. Members open a ticket from a panel, your staff work it in a private channel, and everything is logged, measured, and searchable from a web dashboard.
Most ticket bots stop at "make a channel". Ticket Tool is built for teams that actually run support: routing, ownership, response targets, transcripts, and the numbers to show whether any of it is working.
Get started with /setup. The guided wizard creates your first panel, category,
and staff roles in about a minute.
Build panels with buttons or dropdowns, custom embeds, and colours that match your server. Each category gets its own naming scheme, permissions, staff roles, welcome message, and ticket numbering. Members pick the right queue themselves, so nothing lands in a general channel and waits.
Drag and drop a flow that runs before or during a ticket: ask questions in a modal, branch on the answers, route to the right team, post to a webhook, wait for a reply, or answer automatically. No code, and you can see the whole path on one canvas.
Claim a ticket so two people never answer at once. Rename it, move it between categories, set priority, add or remove users, or mark it private so only the member and assigned staff can see it. Pause inactivity automations while you wait on someone. Reply from the dashboard without opening Discord, or reply anonymously under a shared brand identity so your team speaks with one voice.
Every ticket can be saved as a clean HTML transcript, delivered to a log channel or the member's DMs, and kept in the dashboard archive. Attachments, embeds and timestamps included, so a closed ticket is still a record you can go back to.
Ticket volume over time, first response time, resolution time, staff leaderboards, and per-category breakdowns. SLA tracking shows where your team is missing its targets, and CSAT surveys after close tell you what members actually thought.
Auto-close idle tickets, send reminders before you do, escalate on inactivity, run rules on a schedule, and fire webhooks into the rest of your stack. Set the rules once in the dashboard and stop chasing stale channels by hand.
Write your help articles once. The bot suggests the right one before a ticket is
even opened, staff can drop one into a ticket with /kb, and members can search
the public portal on your own domain. The tickets you never have to answer are
the cheapest ones.
One-click reply drafts in every ticket, conversation summaries so a new responder can catch up instantly, sentiment on the thread, translation, and AI nodes inside your flows for routing and automatic answers.
