Noxa: run your Discord server like a real product

Noxa brings moderation, support tickets, verification and automation into a single dashboard that works like proper software rather than a list of chat commands. It is hosted in Germany, ships with a data processing agreement, enforces real retention periods and encrypts ticket content.

🎫 Tickets that organise themselves Multiple panels, each with its own categories. Your team claims, tags and closes tickets straight from the dashboard, and messages flow both ways between Discord and the browser. Ticket groups keep Billing visible only to Billing, and Support only to Support. When a ticket closes, the person who opened it automatically receives a transcript by direct message.

🛡️ Moderation with a real case file Warn, timeout, kick and ban, optionally temporary and optionally with a direct message explaining why. Every action lands in a searchable case history. AutoMod filters spam, invite links, banned words and excessive caps, each with its own threshold and its own response.

⚖️ Ban appeals that actually reach you Discord no longer delivers messages to banned members, so most bots leave them stranded. With Noxa they file an appeal on a web page using Discord login, and your team holds a real conversation with them there. On approval they automatically receive a single-use invite back.

🤖 Automations, giveaways and polls A builder made of triggers, conditions and actions. Giveaways support scheduling, entry requirements and weighted odds. Polls start and end on their own.

🔊 Temporary voice channels A single hub channel lets anyone open their own room, then rename it, set a limit, lock it, protect it with a password or hand over ownership. Empty rooms clean themselves up.

📺 Stream alerts Twitch and YouTube, with keyword filters so only the right streams get announced.

👥 Team permissions without Discord admin Give individual members exactly the areas they need. Nobody has to become a server administrator just to answer tickets.

🇪🇺 Privacy that is not fine print Servers in Germany. Ticket, appeal and moderation content is encrypted before it reaches the database. The data processing agreement, records of processing activities and fixed retention periods are published rather than promised.

🌍 Multilingual Dashboard, bot messages and documentation in both languages. Every message the bot sends can be rewritten to match your server's tone.
