Rob changes
You can now only rob someone who's richer than you(you can no longer rob people that's poorer than you), up to  40% of someone balance with the chance of being successful is also 40%. 
The cooldown has also been increased to 35 minutes!

You can now fail begging for money if the person is poor.

Fixed hourly command bug

We was having issues with stocks and crypto not updating until the bot got restarted, it wasn't an issue on our end but a library we was using to pull the stock prices in real time.

We switched to a new library and I can confirm it's working flawlessly now but is a bit slower so expect all stocks to update within 3-6m!

We now keep track of voting streaks to give players rewards for keeping a voting streak. The higher your voting streak the more money you earn!
