Added a setting that can be used to set user nicknames to their IGN automatically. This does not affect mass clean at this stage, to avoid resetting nicknames that shouldn't be reset. /verify commands will set their nickname, /unverify will reset their nickname (regardless of it's contents) and /rankupdate will update their nickname to their most recent ign. You can set this setting using !set set_nickname <true/false>

Fixed an issue with !clear not working. Also, if users send `/verify <username>` (which will send through as normal text), the help menu will now appear instead of no response.

Minor bug fixing & QOL

A few months back we surpassed 75 servers, and as such MC Verify is now a verified bot. Now we're at 100 servers and over 8600 verified users recorded which is great to see :). Some minor updates, along with the usual bug fixes, `!forceverify <Member>` now works for both Discord IDs and mentions/usernames. `!verifyother <Member> <Minecraft UUID/Username>` has also been added, which allows staff to verify another user if their Hypixel ingame details are already set correctly (ie, for another bot).
