Cute Bot with administrative commands and action commands!

no slash commands or custom Embed-builder of some sort
can be improved here and there, but a solid bot for what it has at the moment.
Here a List of what could be improved/changed: 
-help windows --> just too crowded, maybe add that it behaves like a book with multiple pages
-add slash commands
-create an embedbuilder
i hope the level and or currency system is at work rn or will be in the near future as just a bot with action commands or admin commands is very common, at least you can gamble to get that dopamine
3 stars stars for now as it is a rather young bot, might improve in the future

@w3nj thanks for the review, the help windows have been improved now and hopefully wont crash the whole bot
