Qutie

Qutie started as the bot for my own guild. We were running an event bot, a DKP spreadsheet, an application bot, a ticket bot and a few more, and none of them knew about each other. Qutie does all of those jobs in one bot, and everything it keeps shows up on a website, qutie.app, where officers run the guild and members see their own side of it.

What it does

• Events and attendance. Make an event on the dashboard and Qutie posts it in Discord. Members sign up with a click and pick their class or role. Whoever hasn't answered gets a reminder. When the event starts, Qutie checks who is actually in voice, so attendance shows who turned up, not who said they would.
• Applications. Build your own form and share a link to apply. Officers review applications in a queue with notes, and talk to applicants in a private thread. Accepting someone can give them their roles.
• Games and rosters. Each game gets its own roster, its own officers and its own member fields (class, gear score, whatever your guild tracks). Aion 2, WoW Forever, WoW TBC Anniversary and WoW Retail come ready to use. Any other game works too, you just set it up yourself.
• Parties. Drag sign-ups into groups on the event's page and post the groups to Discord as one picture. There's also a party finder, where members start a group and others join with a click.
• Loot and DKP. Auctions, rolls, loot council, a guild bank and DKP decay.
• The rest of your server. Moderation with case history, auto-moderation, support tickets, role menus, welcome cards, XP and levels, leave of absence, stream and video feeds, and giveaways.

Every module has its own switch. Turn on what your guild uses, and the rest stays out of your commands and your channels.

Price

Every server is free until 16 January 2027. After that, the Free plan is still a complete guild bot. Premium is €8 a month or €60 a year per server, and adds loot and DKP, strikes, VOD reviews, lead rooms, loyalty scores, nickname and role sync, and a public API. Servers that join during the beta keep 25% off Premium for good.

Getting started

Add Qutie to your server, log in at qutie.app with Discord and pick your server. Modules start switched off, so turn on the ones you want first. The guide at qutie.app/docs covers each one.
