Ticket On / 001 — Setup

Three moves. No JSON, no coding.

Steps one and three happen in Discord. Step two is the dashboard — where the actual panel gets built.

01
Invite the bot

It only requests the permissions it uses: channels, messages, roles for ticket overwrites — nothing more.

02
Build your panel in the dashboard

Log in with Discord, connect your server, choose the panel channel, and lay out your ticket buttons and categories.

03
Run /panel

The panel drops into the channel you picked. Members open tickets with a click, immediately.

Ticket On / 002 — Included

A workflow, not a button.

Everything below ships in the free tier. Configure it once in the dashboard and forget it.

Button ticket panels, unlimited, for different purposes
Application forms, a separate form-panel builder
Staff claim tracking, per-staff counts on demand
Post-ticket star ratings, visible per staff member
HTML transcripts, full history, sent as a file
Role-based access, Staff and High Staff, set in the dashboard
Internal staff notes, never shown in the transcript (Pro)
Per-server toggles, turn off anything you don’t need
Ticket On / 003 — Commands

Built for staff under pressure.

Opening, claiming and closing happen from the panel buttons. These commands handle the rest.

Ticket On / 005 — FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Do I need a special role to use the commands?

No — the server owner and Administrators always have full access. Assign a Staff and a High Staff role in the dashboard if you want to delegate to your team.

How long does setup actually take?

About two minutes: invite the bot, build the panel in the dashboard, run /panel.

Are transcripts kept anywhere?

Every closed ticket generates a full HTML transcript, delivered as a downloadable file with complete message history.

What can the bot actually touch on my server?

Only what it uses: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History, Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Manage Messages.

Ready when you are.
