Discord tickets on autopilot: button panels, staff claims, ratings and HTML transcripts — all set up from a web dashboard.
Button panels, staff claims, star ratings and full HTML transcripts — configured once from a web dashboard, then handled entirely inside Discord.
Steps one and three happen in Discord. Step two is the dashboard — where the actual panel gets built.
It only requests the permissions it uses: channels, messages, roles for ticket overwrites — nothing more.
Log in with Discord, connect your server, choose the panel channel, and lay out your ticket buttons and categories.
/panelThe panel drops into the channel you picked. Members open tickets with a click, immediately.
Everything below ships in the free tier. Configure it once in the dashboard and forget it.
Opening, claiming and closing happen from the panel buttons. These commands handle the rest.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/panel | Publishes the ticket panel in the configured channel |
/formpanel | Publishes the application-forms panel |
/adduser / /removeuser | Add or remove a user in the current ticket |
/addrole | Give a whole role access to the current ticket |
/rename | Rename the current ticket channel |
/claims / /resetclaims | View or reset staff claim counts |
/ratings | Star ratings received by a staff member |
/note /notes /delnote | Internal notes, never shown in the transcript (Pro) |
/ip / /store | Quick server IPs and store link |
Staff-facing and user-facing messages both follow each server’s configured language.

Do I need a special role to use the commands?
No — the server owner and Administrators always have full access. Assign a Staff and a High Staff role in the dashboard if you want to delegate to your team.
How long does setup actually take?
About two minutes: invite the bot, build the panel in the dashboard, run /panel.
Are transcripts kept anywhere?
Every closed ticket generates a full HTML transcript, delivered as a downloadable file with complete message history.
What can the bot actually touch on my server?
Only what it uses: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Read Message History, Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Manage Messages.
