Lumen

Lumen is a multipurpose Discord bot built to make a server feel more alive, welcoming, and organized. It helps greet new members, share updates, encourage conversation, and add useful features that make community management smoother.

At its core, Lumen is designed to give a server personality. It can welcome people when they join, keep members informed, support activity with conversation prompts, and create a warmer atmosphere instead of letting chats go silent. The goal is not just to automate tasks, but to make the server feel more human, active, and connected.

Lumen also includes several community-focused systems, such as leveling, music, activity tracking, and interactive commands. Members can use it for fun, engagement, and discovery, while staff can rely on it to keep things organized and consistent.

The project started as a personal bot for Spiral Garden, but it is being developed with a bigger vision: to become a polished, global Discord companion that can help many communities grow, stay active, and feel unique.

Lumen is my first major programming project, built from scratch with a lot of learning, testing, and iteration. It represents creativity, persistence, and the idea that even a small bot can bring light to a community.
