rigytoni

rigytoni is a virtual pet discord bot with a twist: there is only one pet per server, and everyone raises it together. one shared creature, one shared hoard, one shared list of grudges. it hatches from an egg, evolves, and remembers exactly who did what along the way.

raise it together feed it, play with it, bathe it (it will resent this), and put it down for naps. stats decay in real time, tamagotchi style, so the server has to actually show up. bigger feeds need multiple contributors, and if everyone disappears, it gets sick. reviving it takes more than one person, so neglect is a group problem with a group solution.

train it six skills, each with its own minigame, each one stranger than the last: biting, taxidermy, experiments, foraging, crafting, and hoarding. it takes them very seriously.

level up each mastery to unlock deeper abilities as it evolves from egg to baby, child, teen, adult, elder, and something after that.

defend the hoard give it trinkets and it hoards them. a big enough pile attracts raids: invaders show up to steal, and the server has six seconds of frantic clicking to fight them off. defenders keep rabbit foots and whatever rare thing gets left behind, pressed into a personal scrapbook.

brew, walk, preserve, craft it bites the people it watches most closely. it will tell you this was about hygiene, or a misunderstanding, or nothing at all. you keep the scar. the server keeps the favour.

favours buy the strange work: tonics brewed from things in the pile, foraging walks, preserved companions, cosmetics it will wear with total confidence. what goes in influences what comes out. it will not explain the recipe. experiment.

betrayal is a feature anyone can sabotage a nap, a bath, a walk, or someone else's training minigame, and the pet keeps score. there is a favorites list for the people it treasures, a foes list for the people it does not, a nemesis slot, and a personal respect rating for every member. choose your side carefully. it is always watching.

rabbit foots a personal currency earned by defending raids and by voting for rigytoni right here on top.gg. rub two together to wield some luck, or spend a pile on bribes: buy secrets, forge documents, curse your nemesis, and more.

you are technically raising it as a team, but obviously you want to be the favorite.

leaderboards weekly and all-time server rankings, a respect leaderboard, and global siblings: a cross-server board ranking every rigytoni in existence against each other.

getting started invite the bot, run /setup in the channel where it should live, and name it. this is permanent. choose wisely.
