OurFable (developed by Prime Fundamentals LLC) is a Discord-first project orchestration platform designed to centralize game development workflows. It bridges a professional web dashboard with a powerful Discord bot, allowing distributed studios to manage tasks, lore, and documentation without context-switching.

Core Capabilities:

Production Management: Bidirectionally syncs task tracking, Gantt scheduling, dependencies, QA pipelines, and live time-tracking between the web dashboard and persistent Discord threads.

Structured World Bible: A detailed, relational database for game lore, entities, and mechanics. It features an AI Assist tool for drafting content, which remains strictly in "draft" status until a team member manually approves it into official canon.

Project Wiki: Keeps operational documentation (tech specs, design standards, pipelines) separate from game lore. Both the Wiki and World Bible sync to distinct, managed Discord forums.

Discord Orchestration & Warden: Automatically provisions server infrastructure, including roles, private categories, and forums. The automated "Warden" system detects and repairs missing channels, broken permissions, or out-of-sync content.

Recruitment & Security: Protects private workspaces via NDA workflows, role-based access controls, and active workspace membership, while providing integrated tools for onboarding and talent profiling.

Resilience & Integrations: Maintains real-time synchronization, offers automated backups and recovery snapshots, and supports industry-standard VCS integrations like Git and Perforce.
