A member picks a category from your panel and answers your form. Better Tickets opens a private channel, pings the right staff roles, and keeps the queue moving with claiming, transcripts and auto-close.

Staff applications
Applicants answer your questions one by one in DMs and review their answers before submitting. Your staff accept or deny with a click, and roles follow automatically.

Questions are asked one at a time, with a review screen before the application is sent.
