Muster Command

Muster Command is a Discord bot and companion web app for gaming communities that run structured events and operations.

It was inspired by the challenges of coordinating large Star Citizen operations, but it is built for any game where players organize into groups, fill specific roles, track participation, and share event rewards.

Build the event, open the roles, see who is assigned, record attendance, and keep shared loot limited to the people who participated.

Plan structured teams

• Create multiple groups for a single event
• Organize players into fleets, crews, squads, parties, or ground teams
• Add named roles and set the number of available slots
• Schedule groups at event start, at a specific time, after another group, or as directed
• Reuse common event layouts as server templates
• Allow optional extra-participant capacity

Sign up from Discord or the web

Members can join available roles through Discord buttons or the Muster Command website. Schedule-aware assignment rules help prevent overlapping group commitments, while a shared event view gives organizers a clear roster.

Close the event cleanly

Ending an event produces an attendance report and can begin a 24- or 48-hour loot claim window.

Loot pools support:

• resources, weapons, armor, components, consumables, and other items;
• quantities, quality details, and packaging or unit labels;
• participant-only bids;
• one-winner or per-unit award rules;
• different winners when possible or independent repeat-winner draws; and
• automatic drawing when the claim window expires or an immediate manual draw.

Give each Discord role the right level of access

Server administrators can map existing Discord roles to administrator, event-operator, and participant command tiers. Higher-access staff can create and close events, while participants can retrieve the screens they need to join events and cast loot bids.

Get started

1. Invite Muster Command to your Discord server.
2. Log in to the companion website with Discord.
3. Select your server and configure command access and event output.
4. Create a template or launch your first event.
