FlutterBot [Mirror]

... is an improved and further developed version from an exact mirror of the original FlutterBot. The Dev, Czaroslaw, provided me the source code of FlutterBot.

FlutterBot has been created by Czaroslaw using NodeJS and the discord.js library.

engel_pika is developing, hosting and maintaining FlutterBot [Mirror].

Differences to the original FlutterBot:

• Improved picture editing, for the f!fact command.
• Improved some other commands
• Stable hosting.
• No more downtime because of "forgetting to pay for the server"!
• Performance Improvements (noticeable in the backend).
• Added some command synonyms.
• Some Bug fixes.
• Running with another (more efficient) database (nothing you have to care about)
• Continued developing with already planned features!

Commands and Features:

Prefix: f!

Always add the prefix before a command! Ex.f!hug @FlutterBot

Nearly every command has one or more synonyms.

There are special reactions to messages containing yay.

Fun:

• roll <value>
• dp <tags> search for an image from Derpibooru [search syntax]
• hug <user> hug somepony!
• boop <user> boop somepony!
• facehoof random facehoof gif.
• cookie <user> give someone a cookie :cookie: (psst, works with all sorts of (emoji-) cakes too!)
• say make the bot say something
• sayd same as above, but deletes the previous message (requires special permissions)
• facts share a fact.
• kiss kiss somepony!
• ponypoll Creates a Pony-Poll with some nice reactions ;)
• ponypoll -d Creates a Pony-Poll & deletes your message.

Utility:

• avatar <user> show mentioned user's avatar.
• info <user> user info, such as id etc.
• server server info.
• bot bot info.
• createInvite creates a permanent invite for the current channel [Requires CREATE_INSTANT_INVITE permissions].

# How long will you maintain the new FlutterBot?

Well, I hope forever :) And I don't see any problems keeping her up.

# Why?

After some personal issues and issues with discord (FlutterBot's acc got deleted) Czaroslaw didn't wanted to start again. And as he didn't made any update since a year he literally said 'I don't care anymore'. The original FlutterBot was on nearly 1000 servers.. For more information ask Czaroslaw and not me. It was his decision, not mine. I'm not even sure if I should say anything about the reasons here.

# Why you?

I already offered to help with FlutterBot (and did) long, long, long before this happened. I also offered to host her. And then it was the best to give her to someone who will keep her up. Side note: Czaroslaw will stay in the credits of FlutterBot forever.

# What are your plans with FlutterBot?

Reaching 2^64 servers :p
Jk, I'm planning todo some more small improvements in FlutterBot, but not much more. Feature requests will be (if possible) developed - as fast as possible. For some of my own ideas I'm still unsure whether I'm adding them to FlutterBot or to PonyvilleBot. I think FlutterBot was small and should stay small and lightweight. ~Change my mind by submitting feature requests.~

# What is (with) PonyvilleBot?

PonyvilleBot is another MLP-DiscordBot of mine, created way before FlutterBot [Mirror]. Both bots will stay and maintained. Some commands are very similarly, I know. But I'm not going to move everything to one of them.

In the future PonyvilleBot will have a lot more features than FlutterBot. FlutterBot will most likely stay small and cute. PonyvilleBot has already a lot utility features not fully used, like localisation (translations).

Both bots are unique and this won't change.
