Amazing bot! It's really helpful! I wish there was a command where it would only use definitions from a specific source as in Merriam webster to get definitions other than googles.
A simple bot that can fetch definitions and post them in chat. If you are connected to a voice channel, the bot will also read out the definition to you.

This bot also supports Slash Commands. The syntax for slash commands is a little from the usage shown below, though mostly the same. The Discord UI provides usage hints for slash commands. Note that currently slash commands do not support aliases.
Prints the definition of a word in the current text channel and optionally reads it out for you.
define [-v] [-lang <language_code>] <word>
-v: Read out the definition to the voice channel you are connected to, if any.
-lang <language_code>: The language to translate the definitions to.
<word>: The word to define.

Change the bot's settings. Settings can be set for the entire server, or for individual channels.
settings (list <scope> | set <scope> <key> <value> | remove <scope> <key>)
<scope>: The scope of the property. Either
guild for server-specific properties or
channel for channel-specific properties. Channel-specific properties will override server-specific properties.
list <scope>: List all settings in the specified scope.
set <scope> <key> <value>: Set the value of the property named
remove <scope> <key>: Removes/Resets the specified setting.

target_language: Either a 2-letter language code or the name of a language.
message: The word or phrase that you want to translate.
